Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
Create and maintain critical path schedules using industry-standard planning software
Monitor project progress against established baselines and identify potential delays or conflicts
Coordinate scheduling across multiple trades and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare comprehensive project documentation including method statements, progress reports, and as-built records
Maintain accurate records of project milestones, deliverables, and key decisions
Generate regular status reports for senior management and clients
Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and quality standards
Project Coordination
Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to align project deliverables
Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and identify planning discrepancies
Facilitate coordination meetings with all project stakeholders
Support project managers in resource allocation and procurement planning
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Track and manage project changes, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
