Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products and services
Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or sales




Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Meet sales targets and quotas set by management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Record all sales and customer information accurately in CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
