Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Answer inbound inquiries and provide information about services offered
Schedule appointments for clients to meet with consultants
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments
Meet daily and monthly call targets set by management
Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and processes
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
Continuously strive to improve communication skills and sales techniques.
