Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing critical analog blocks and solving complex challenges in lower technology nodes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of critical analog blocks such as:
Temperature Sensors
Phase-Locked Loops (PLL)
Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC)
Digital-to-Analog Converters (DAC)
Low-Dropout Regulators (LDO)
Bandgap Reference Circuits
Design and optimization of:
Reference Generators
Charge Pumps
Current Mirrors
Comparators
Differential Amplifiers
Address challenges specific to lower technology nodes, ensuring design meets strict performance specifications.
Handle aging, reliability,



and Electromigration-induced Resistance (EMIR) considerations in design.
Conduct Monte Carlo, Process-Voltage-Temperature (PVT) simulations, and analyze results for performance validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end product development.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
Proficiency in Ref Generators, Charge Pumps, Current Mirrors, Comparators, Differential Amplifiers.
Solid expertise in simulation and analysis tools.
Solid understanding of lower node technology challenges and solutions.
Hands-on experience in aging, reliability, EMIR, Monte Carlo, and PVT simulations.
