Being the best Service Engineer continuing to build and maintain relationships with all the customers in the territory, as well as being deliberate and conscientious of making recent ones.

Providing customized solutions/application support against customers requirements.
Recommending the right spares to reduce downtime




Solid technical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery on time offering high-quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Knowledge of CNC programming and PLC programming is a plus
Experience in the Aluminium and UPVC profile processing machines/industry is a plus
