Supplier Quality Auditor - Your future position?
As the Supplier Quality Auditor with Givaudan, you will in relation to the overall objective of the function to assure raw material quality is guaranteed at source so that products comply with all applicable quality,
product safety and customer requirements you will work with limited supervision supporting the execution of the Global Supplier Quality Management Strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure Quality Management System documentation is generated, maintained, stored and archived in compliance with company internal Procedures.
Responsible for the on-going collection of Supplier Qualification metrics and reporting monthly and quarterly progress reports e.g. Vendor audits and CAPA status, High Risk Vendors, Current Ingredient Introduction (NII), Alternate Vendor Approval Process progress (AVAP), Quality Info Records (QIR), versus agreed targets.
Responsible for the monthly reporting of Z1 non-conformance data (material complaints), showing the trends and high-risk materials/vendors versus targets.
Responsible for quarterly reporting of incomplete Z1 non-conformance data (material complaints) to identify compliance.
