Position Title: Sales Manager – Rental Business (Air Compressors & Allied Equipment)

Location: Pan India/ready to travel(Open to locations)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Rental Business for Air Compressors and Allied Equipment. The ideal candidate should possess solid industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and extensive experience in rental solutions for industries such as construction, mining,



infrastructure, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, and industrial projects.

The role involves generating recent business, managing key accounts, developing rental opportunities, and achieving revenue and profitability targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
Identify and develop recent rental business opportunities for air compressors and allied equipment.
Expand market presence across target industries including construction, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, power, oil & gas, and process industries.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve rental revenue targets.
Generate inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close rental deals.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and project owners.
