Job Description:

A Side Shift In-Charge, often called a Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager, is responsible for overseeing daily operations and personnel during a specific work shift. This role ensures smooth workflow, meets production or sales targets, maintains quality standards, and enforces safety regulations. They also manage staff, handle customer issues, and report on shift activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
Supervising employee performance and providing feedback.
Training and onboarding recent employees.
Resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
Maintaining a positive and productive work workplace.
Operations Management:
Ensuring smooth and productive operations during the shift.

Customer Service:
Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
