Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible
for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overseeing
HR management. The role will involve day-to-day HR tasks and providing support to
both employees and management.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Experience in HR management and administration
Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
Knowledge of employee benefits and perks administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
