Role Description
Manage the complete managed services lifecycle from transition to steady-state operations and transformation.
Ensure 24×7 delivery across compute, storage, virtualization, networks, security, and cloud platforms.
Own SLA, KPI, OLA, availability, performance, and compliance commitments.
Lead incident, problem, change management and RCA activities as per ITIL practices.
Conduct QBRs, MBRs, service reviews, and governance meetings with clients.
Handle critical incidents, escalations, service risks, and business-impacting issues.
