Key Responsibilities• Convert Leads into gym memberships.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
• Explain membership plans, offers, and gym facilities to prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
• Build robust relationships with members and potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales records.
• Support membership renewals and upselling opportunities.
Requirements• 1–2 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or direct sales.
• Positive communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and energetic personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
