Job Description:

The Facility Executive – Soft Services manages and oversees the delivery of non-technical facility services to ensure a clean, secure, secure, and comfortable working workplace within real estate properties (e.g., corporate offices, residential buildings, or commercial spaces). This includes managing third-party vendors and internal staff for housekeeping, security, and pantry services.

Key Responsibilities
Security & Safety Management:
Oversee daily security operations and access control.
Implement and maintain safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management.
Liaise with local authorities (e.g., police) and security vendors.
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Supervise daily cleaning activities across all areas, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and external premises.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.




Coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams for prompt resolution of repair issues.
Pantry & Hospitality Services:
Oversee pantry and cafeteria services, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
Manage the inventory and replenishment of pantry and cleaning supplies (e.g., toiletries, coffee, snacks).
Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings, events, and VIP client visits.
Vendor & Staff Coordination:
Manage and supervise internal staff and outsourced vendor teams, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service performance, inventory, and expenses.
Manage budgets and track costs for related services.
