Job Description
Responsible for accurately submitting and processing medical claims
Reviewing patient medical records and ensuring all services are correctly coded
Communicating with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and discrepancies




Posting payments and adjustments to patient accounts
Following up on unpaid claims and denials
Collaborating with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for claims
Ensuring compliance with all federal and state billing regulations
Maintaining confidentiality of patient information
Providing excellent customer service to patients and internal staff
Contributing to process improvements and efficiency in billing operations.
