Job Description
Lead and direct the insurance team to effectively achieve company goals and targets
Implement and monitor team's performance metrics and KPIs
Provide training and guidance to team members on insurance products and services
Develop strategies to improve team performance and productivity
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective workflow and customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth prospects
Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and negotiate contracts
Handle complex insurance claims and escalated customer issues
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
Report to upper management on team performance and insurance trends.
