Role Summary

A reputed hospitality organization is looking for a Female Reservation Executive to handle hotel/resort reservation enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

The company will provide leads through Google Sheets, and the selected candidate will be responsible for contacting the leads, understanding their requirements, providing suitable room/package details, following up regularly and converting enquiries into confirmed reservations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, solid follow-up ability and a sales-oriented approach, with preferably some experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, tele-calling or booking conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management




Receive and manage reservation leads provided by the company through Google Sheets.
Contact leads promptly through telephone/WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.
Understand customer requirements such as travel dates, number of guests, room requirements and preferences.
Provide appropriate information regarding available rooms, tariffs, packages and applicable offers.
Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups.

Booking Conversion
Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed hotel/resort bookings.
Follow up with prospective customers until the enquiry is closed.
Handle customer questions, objections and concerns professionally.
Explain room categories, packages, inclusions, policies and booking terms clearly.
Negotiate appropriately within approved pricing/offer guidelines.
Coordinate with the reservation/property team to confirm availability and bookings.
