Job Description:

An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director at a paint manufacturing company provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure productive operations. This role demands discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management: Proactively manage the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and calls, assessing priority, and reallocating as necessary to maximize productivity.
Communication Handling: Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, screening calls, emails, and requests, and responding or directing them appropriately. This includes liaising with customers, vendors, sales heads, HR, and other departments.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries (domestic and international), including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and processing expenses.
Document Preparation and Management: Prepare, edit,



and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents. This involves conducting research and compiling data when required.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings (including board meetings and dealer meets), prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
Project and Task Coordination: Support the Director in project coordination between various departments like sales, production, and the laboratory. Drive or support special projects as assigned.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Office Administration: Assist with general administrative duties, such as managing filing systems, ordering supplies, and monitoring/processing expenses and budgets.
In office Support: Travel alone or with the Director to manufacturing units, client loc
