Job Description:

Key responsibilities
Sales strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share within the industrial sector.
Team leadership:

Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Client management:

Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, including OEMs, government departments, and electrical contractors, and manage strategic accounts.
