About The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Skilled, Scientific, and Technical Services professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, technical, analytical, legal, financial, and project management challenges across consulting, technology, professional services, and enterprise operations. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within highly specialized and knowledge-driven industries.

What You’ll Deliver
Design realistic Qualified and Technical Services scenarios in Kannada or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews)
Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination,



and professional decision-making tasks
Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, qualified standards, technical quality, and operational realism
Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across Indian qualified services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology settings

Qualifications
Native-level Kannada with strong professional English proficiency
5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management
Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation
Strong understanding of qualified service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operati
