Job Description
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
Utilize social media and networking platforms to source potential hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Act as a brand ambassador for Women Empowerment and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring efforts.
