You will report to the VP, Sales of the corresponding region/vertical in the company. As part of the Videonetics Sales team, you are the face of Videonetics to our customers.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives across the assigned Account. You will manage key accounts, develop channel partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to expand the market presence of Videonetics solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities within the assigned accounts across all verticals.
Develop & retain sales talent in the team
Channel & Partner Management:
Enable and support partners through training, joint sales efforts, and marketing initiatives.
Build robust relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, CISOs, and facility managers.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic plans.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
~3 –10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in electronic security, video surveillance, AI, IOT or IT/technology solutions.
