About the Role




We are looking for an Associate – Founders’ Office to work closely with the founding team on high-priority business initiatives across growth, revenue, partnerships, expansion, and operations. 
This is a high-ownership role with significant exposure to the business. You will be expected to take initiatives from problem identification through execution and measurement, working across functions and directly with external stakeholders where required.
The role will involve both strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution. Depending on the initiative, your work could range from identifying a recent growth chance and developing the approach to executing a partnership, supporting a new centre launch, running an on-ground activation, or analysing the performance of an initiative and determining the next course of action.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in an setting where the problems are not always clearly defined and where ownership extends beyond a fixed functional responsibility.
