nWe are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, in office position focused on providing high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
nKey Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic mannern
Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionn
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customersn
Support the team in improving customer service processes and service qualityn




Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.n

nRequired Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesn
Patient, positive, and detail-oriented attituden
Prior customer service experience is an added advantagen
Fluency in multiple languages is a plusn
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalentn

nSalary & Benefits

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per monthn
Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per weekn
