Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners. N
Coordinate with academic departments to identify student placement readiness. N
Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation. N
Maintain and update student placement data and company records. N
Arrange pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes. N
Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness. N
Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management. N
Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities. N

Master's degree (MBA preferred) N
Prior experience in student placement, corporate relations, enterprise sales N
