NKey Responsibilities

Manage and support TKG clusters across Non-Prod, UAT, Production, and DR environments. N
Troubleshoot Kubernetesissues related to pods, nodes, networking, ingress, storage, and RBAC. N
Install, configure, andmanage Kong API Gateway, services, routes, plugins, and certificates. N
Support Kong HA setup, upgrades, backup, rollback, and performance tuning. N
Configure monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Jaeger. N
Handle production incidents, RCA, failover, and DR activities. N

nRequired Skills

Solid experiencein TKG and Kubernetes administration. N
Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway. N
Solid Linux and scripting knowledge. N
Experience with Docker,Helm N
Valuable understanding of SSL, API security, certificates, and RBAC. N
Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. N

nPreferred Skills

Experience with VMware vSphere, NSX, AVI, and Harbor. N
Knowledge of Istio, microservices, and service mesh. N
Exposure to banking or enterprise environments. N
Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis. N
