Teach theoreticaland practical courses in Indian Cuisine. N
Cover regional Indian cuisines, traditional techniques, and contemporary practices. N
Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and student mentoring. N
Contribute to curriculum development, research, workshops, and industry engagement. N

nEligibility:

Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. N
Relevant culinary industry and/or teaching experience preferred. N
Solid expertise in Indian cuisine and qualified kitchen practices. N
