You'll guide clients through our collections, understand their needs, and create a purchase experience that feels personal and lasting. Serve as the primary touchpoint for walk-in and appointment-based clients, offering an attentive, consultative, and empathetic experience N
Confidently present jewellery collections — articulating design stories, product value, material differences, and styling suggestions N
Understand customer needs and guide them toward meaningful purchases, special orders, or personalised pieces N
Build and maintain solid client relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and occasion-based communication N
Collaborate with store managers and stylists on display curation, upselling strategies, and in-store activations N




Coordinate custom orders, repairs, exchanges, and after-sale care with precision and timely communication N
Ensure smooth executionof billing, documentation, and order entries across digital and manual systems N
Contribute to store visual standards — ensuring every counter reflects elegance, clarity, and brand consistency N
Mentor junior sales staff and support their development by sharing insights and best practices N
Meet personal and store-level sales targets with discipline, attention to detail, and cooperative effort N

1–4 years of experiencein premium/luxury retail or client-facing sales (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle preferred) N
Proven ability to buildrapport, listen actively, & convert interactions into trust-based sales N
Solid verbal and interpersonal skills — fluency in English and Telugu required;
