WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER - PAYABLES & FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

We are a fast-growing Influencer Marketing Agency, expanding at approximately 40% CAGR, and are looking for a Finance Controller to work closely with our CFO & Management.
This is much more than a routine accounting role — it is an opportunity to play a key role in building the finance function as the business scales.
What you will do:
Manage day-to-day finance & accounting controls
Strong hands-on work on Tally
Maintain & consolidate data using Google Sheets / Excel
Prepare MIS, cash flows, budgets & forecasts
Monitor receivables, payables & working capital
Ensure timely vendor payments after proper verification and approvals
Develop and strengthen financial processes & controls
Work closely with CFO & management on financial analysis and business requirements
We are looking for someone who:
Is excellent with Tally & Google Sheets/Excel
Has robust accounting & financial control knowledge
Can work independently in a fast-growing workplace
Working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax will be an advantage.
