We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to manage multi-state gold operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Kerala.
Key Requirements:
Solid hands-on knowledge of gold processing, melting & purity testing
Understanding of gold quality checks, assay, weight verification & purity certification
Experience in gold buying/processing, bullion or precious metals operations
Solid data, MIS & analytical reporting skills
Experience coordinating with Wholesale Vendors, Finance, Marketing & Admin teams
Proven experience managing multi-location/state operations
Excellent English & Kannada communication – Kannada is mandatory
Adaptable to travel and work as per operational requirements
Leadership experience in Gold/Precious Metals operations is highly preferred.
