Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager – Sales & Business Development to lead business growth, client relationships, sales strategy, and overall commercial activities within the assigned country/region.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector, with a proven track record in business development, tendering, client management, contract negotiation, and P&L; responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned country/region.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Build and manage a solid pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Lead tendering activities, including commercial evaluation, pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
Develop strategic relationships with key Oil & Gas clients, NOCs, and major stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.




Manage P&L;, budgets, costs, and commercial targets.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical teams for effective project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business prospects.
Lead, mentor, and develop Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and ethical business practices.
Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and industry events.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Engineering or a related technical field.
10–15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
Strong experience handling Oil & Gas clients and major stakeholders.
