We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various payroll regulations and managing payroll processes effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring timely submissions of statutory returns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Prepare and submit necessary returns and challans related to payroll and compliance management.
- Maintain records of attendance, leaves, and wages to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to manage contract labor compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws.




- Utilize payroll software to streamline processes and improve efficiency in payroll management.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the organization remains compliant.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools.
