We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices, and will be responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using Tally and other financial software.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.

Required Skills:




- A degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com) or relevant qualifications such as CA, ICWA, CA Inter, or MBA in Finance.
- Proficiency in Tally and Tally ERP, along with a positive understanding of industrial accounting practices.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
