As a Senior AR Caller, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve denials.
- Review and analyze accounts to identify issues and discrepancies, providing solutions to ensure timely payment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and improve overall revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in the billing system.




- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to physician and hospital billing.
- Provide training and support to junior AR callers as needed.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in AR calling, particularly in the US healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of denials management and resolution processes.
