- Supervise construction activities in office and ensure work follows drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and workers to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure quality control by inspecting materials and workmanship
- Monitor project progress and report daily or weekly site activities
- Ensure safety compliance and enforce site safety rules and regulations
- Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
