- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the agency model.

Job Requirements :

- 1-20 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in agency development or management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans for growing an agency channel.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products (APC), CBM (Customized Business Management) systems, ADM (Agency Development Manager) software applications.
