Role Overview
We are seeking a strong Python Full Stack AI Engineer to build complete, production-ready AI applications for the
Dora Dashboard opportunity. This is not a generic Python role or a profile that has only consumed AI services. The
engineer must combine Python backend development, mandatory React frontend expertise, Azure cloud skills, and
hands-on AI application engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end AI applications using Python, React, Azure, and modern AI engineering frameworks.
Develop backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or another relevant Python framework.
¢ Build responsive React interfaces and integrate them with AI services, backend APIs, and enterprise data sources.
¢ Implement LLM and RAG solutions including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector retrieval, prompt
orchestration, and response generation.
¢ Use Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry capabilities to develop, deploy, and manage AI solutions.
¢ Design secure, scalable services using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, databases, caching, and CI/CD.
¢ Collaborate with Product, Business, QE, and platform teams to deliver complete features into production.
¢ Implement evaluation, monitoring, debugging, testing, and production support for AI applications.
Mandatory Skills
¢ Robust Python development experience with production-grade backend services and APIs.




¢ Strong React development experience; Angular-only profiles should not be considered.
¢ Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience; AWS-only or GCP-only profiles are not suitable for this requirement.
¢ Strong AI engineering experience building complete applications, beyond basic use of AI APIs or coding assistants.
¢ Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI application
integration.
¢ Experience with RESTful API design, Git, CI/CD, debugging, security, and Agile delivery.
Framework and Data Skills
¢ FastAPI is preferred but not mandatory; Django, Flask, and other relevant Python frameworks are acceptable.
¢ Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
¢ Experience with Redis or equivalent caching patterns.
¢ Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, agentic workflows, semantic search, or related AI frameworks is preferred.
Azure and AI Skills
¢ Azure AI or Azure AI Foundry experience should be considered; sourcing should not be restricted only to Azure
OpenAI.
¢ Experience deploying AI applications using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and related cloud
services.
¢ Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, model integration, and production readiness is preferred.

¢ US Healthcare or HCLS experience is good to have, not mandatory.
¢ Candidates from the existing Healthcare/HCLS AI Engineer bench may be evaluated based on technical alignment.
