What Youll Do

As a Trainee HR, you will:

- Manage onboarding and induction activities, including appointment letters, agreements, BGV, and employee documentation.
- Track 30, 90, and 180-day PMS reviews and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate Success Partner connects and employee engagement initiatives.
- Track employee requests and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance trackers.
- Support HR audits, MIS, reports, and periodic status updates.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with the Learning & Development team.
- Contribute to HR process improvement,



automation, and technology initiatives.
- Ensure timely and quality HR service delivery while adhering to organizational policies and processes.

Your Skillset :

- MBA in HR/HRM or an equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with HR MIS, reporting, and documentation.
- Awareness of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and leverage new technologies.
