- Design, develop, and enhance applications using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure and support SAP PM modules (maintenance orders, notifications, equipment, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of application issues
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA
- Work in Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvements
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Strong understanding of PM processes (maintenance planning, execution, asset management)
- Experience in SAP configuration and support
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work from office
