Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle international customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
- Provide technical support to customers for various software products, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Work on an international BPO process, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in international Voice process
- Freshers with Good communication.
- Strong communication skills in English (US/UK) with ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.
- Proficiency in handling international processes, including UK process knowledge preferred.
