Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Customer Support to manage customer queries and provide effective support across banking and insurance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills, along with an understanding of financial services and insurance operations.

Job Details

Process: Banking insurance

Experienced: Up to 10LPA (Based on current CTC and relevant experience)

Qualification Criteria:

Education: Grads

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs

Experience Required:

Mandatory: Experience in international voice process for experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to banking, insurance, accounts, policies, claims, payments, and transactions.
- Provide timely and accurate resolution through voice, email, or chat support.
- Manage customer complaints, escalations,



and complex cases while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Verify customer information and process requests in accordance with SOPs, SLA, compliance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and customer information.
- Monitor and prioritize cases based on urgency and business impact.
- Perform basic root cause analysis and identify recurring customer issues.s related to call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

- Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist with knowledge sharing, process updates, and training for team members when required.

Any Graduate (With Excellent English Communication)

Experienced (4yrs) can apply

Must be open to work in rotational shifts/night shifts

Good typing speed and listening skills
