Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & Authorizations Consultant to support Signify's global SAP landscape as part of the S&A; Operations team. The consultant will be responsible for user and role administration, access management, GRC activities, audit compliance, incident and service request resolution, and operational support across multiple SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP user provisioning, role assignments, modifications, and de-provisioning activities.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets related to access requests, password resets, role changes, OSS connections, and firefighter access.
- Support SAP GRC activities including EAM, ORU, ARM, and access compliance reviews.
- Perform SAP security troubleshooting and incident resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Execute periodic controls, compliance activities, and audit support requirements.
- Review firefighter logs, user master reports, compliance dashboards, and security reports.
- Support release, upgrade, migration, and mass-user lock/unlock activities.




- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Coordinate with business, Basis, functional teams, and compliance stakeholders globally.

Skill RequirementsRequired Skills

- 4-7 years of SAP Security & Authorization experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP ECC
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP GRC Access Control
- User & Role Administration
- Firefighter Administration
- SoD Analysis
- SAP ServiceNow ticket handling

- Experience with SAP BW, SAC, MDG, EWM, IBP, APO, or HANA security.
- Good understanding of audit, compliance, and internal controls.
- Solid troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Other RequirementsPreferred Skills

- SAP GRC certification.
- Exposure to IAM/IGA concepts.
- Experience in global AMS support environments.
- Knowledge of SOC1, SOX, or compliance audits.
