Minimum Qualification

- Graduate Diploma

- Understanding of heavy lifting operations, crane movement studies, and erection methodologies for equipment, structures, and piping modules.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing lifting and erection drawings.
- Experience in developing heavy lift and erection schemes, including crane layouts and rigging arrangements.
- Knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, tools & tackles, and lifting inspection requirements (preferable).




- Visit site and support erection activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and schemes.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment transportation and unloading activities.
- Knowledge of safe lifting practices, risk assessment, and constructability requirements.
- Positive coordination and communication skills for working with back-office, construction, and site execution teams.
