Reputed Manufacturing Company Requires Female Client Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Handle client calls, emails, WhatsApp & inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate accordingly.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, orders and payments.
- Handle IndiaMART & TradeIndia inquiries and leads.
- Maintain client data and update CRM/ERP records.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel & MS Office.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for timely execution.
- Resolve client queries and provide proper support.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Track leads, pending inquiries and conversion status.
- Ensure professional communication and timely responses.
- Work towards customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Client Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Handling preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Soft, professional and confident voice.
- Good MS Excel & MS Office knowledge.




- Experience with IndiaMART & TradeIndia is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Valuable customer handling and problem-solving ability.
