Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor Program in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

- MASTER IN ARMAMENT ASSEMBLY - MUST REQUIRED SKILL
- To ensure production/Integration under strict safety norms
- Expertise in Hydraulic systems
- Expertise in Transmission & Engine
- Should be able to understand production/integration drawing & give related instruction to workmen
- Ensure production according to Drawing & Procedures
- Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per CCPM
- Leadership skills
- Valuable interpersonal skills
- Able to work with people, should have good communication skills - written & verbal
- Ensure material full kit before starting of activity




- Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates
- Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of work progress
- Ensure usage of PPE for self and workmen in shop
- Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually
- Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project
- Able to prepare shop performance data on monthly basis
- Root cause analysis skill
