Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB.
n
- Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
n
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
n

Preferred Skills:

n

n
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
n
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
n
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
n
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
n
