Key Responsibilities

Periodic reporting:

1. Assets & Liabilities control

2. Applicable regulatory reporting

3. F&A; Reports

4. SEZ related mandatory reports

5. Other internal reports from time to time

Tax:

GST/IGST related matters, calculating applicable TDS/withholding taxes, Tax compliance

returns, Liaising with F & A, tax consultants

Accounting:

1. Expense registration and Booking

2. Maintaining Fixed Assets Depreciation Register and Booking

3. Tax provision calculation and booking.

Reconciliation:

1. Bank accounts reconciliation

2. Account Payable and Receivable reconciliation

3. Office accounts reconciliation

Audit:



Coordinate with External statutory Auditors and Internal stakeholder to finish the annual/Quarterly audit related matters

HR: Coordination for monthly salary payments, Reimbursements etc.

- Conversant with advanced Excel and MS office suite
- Positive verbal communication & Drafting skills
