Role Overview:
As a Senior Client Operations Associate, you will independently own increasingly complex affiliate operations work from intake through completion. You will combine advanced knowledge of CJ tools and workflows with robust client communication, disciplined SLA management, and leadership through influence—supporting critical requests, coaching teammates,
and driving process improvements that strengthen the client journey.
