We are building a two-person marketing team on the Zoho platform. You create the attention; your partner, the Marketing Automation & CRM Executive, captures, qualifies, nurtures and measures it. You are the primary operational owner for content and front-end execution, and work jointly with the CRM Executive on customer data, lead capture, automation, measurement and ROI.
Ownership boundary — who does what
With only two people in marketing, every activity has one transparent owner. Owner = accountable for the result; Support = provides input.
