About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social & Brand Content Intern who loves social media, content and video.
You’ll work closely with the Founder to create content across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just schedule posts or maintain a content calendar.
You’ll be involved in the entire content process:
Idea → Research → Hook → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyze → Improve




You’ll work on both short-form and long-form content, while learning how personal brands, company brands and content-led growth are built.

What You'll DoContent & Ideation• Brainstorm content ideas with the Founder.
• Research topics, trends, creators and conversations around marketing, sales, AI, startups, business and technology.
• Turn everyday business experiences, conversations and observations into content ideas.
• Develop hooks, angles and storylines for videos and social posts.
• Identify trends and conversations that Pixelo can participate in.
• Help maintain a weekly content pipeline and calendar.

Short-Form Content• Create Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn videos.
• Assist with shooting content with the Founder.
• Develop strong hooks and scripts.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Add captions, B-roll, graphics, music and other elements where required.
