Client Servicing Executive

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive who can act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams.
You’ll be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with different departments, managing communication, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from brief to execution to delivery.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple clients and projects while maintaining transparent communication, strong follow-ups, and a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements, objectives, expectations, and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, design, content, video, performance marketing, SEO, web, and technology
• Convert client requirements into clear and actionable internal briefs
• Follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Maintain project timelines,
task trackers, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate approvals, feedback, revisions, and final deliveries
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and dependencies to clients
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-up communication
• Ensure client feedback is accurately communicated to the relevant team
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them proactively
• Maintain organised records of client communication, briefs, approvals, and deliverables
• Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and campaign updates
• Help maintain strong, professional, and long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall account performance
