JholaBazar is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design and build a real-time customer support and ticket management system.
The system will allow customers to report issues, automatically generate support tickets, route tickets to the relevant department, and communicate with support agents through real-time chat.
This role involves backend architecture, APIs, database design, real-time communication, admin/support dashboards, and integration with the existing JholaBazar platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a customer support/ticketing system.
- Build APIs for ticket creation, management, assignment, and resolution.
- Implement automatic ticket categorization based on the customer's issue.
- Develop department-based ticket routing and agent assignment.
- Implement ticket priorities and escalation mechanisms.
- Develop real-time customer support-agent chat.
- Implement real-time ticket status updates and notifications.
- Build support-agent and admin dashboards.
- Maintain complete ticket history and conversation history.
- Integrate the system with existing JholaBazar customer/order data where required.
- Design and maintain the required database tables and relationships.
- Implement authentication and role-based access control.
- Handle file/image attachments for support issues.
- Develop APIs that can be consumed by the JholaBazar mobile application and web/admin panel.
- Test APIs, real-time functionality, edge cases, and user workflows.
- Debug and optimize the system for reliability and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation for the developed modules.
